Ladies-only fitness club across Bishops Stortford and Waltham Abbey.

The challenge: A multi-location gym needed a credible, welcoming website that turned visitors into members, kept enquiries organised, and ran a huge volume of day-to-day operations without the team drowning in admin.
What I did: Built a modern, mobile-first site with class information, booking pathways and integrated enquiry handling. Under the surface, a wide automation layer handles membership journeys, class reminders, follow-ups, re-engagement, and data flows so the team spends less time on screens and more time with members.

AbFab Pilates

Boutique ladies-only reformer Pilates studio in Bishops Stortford.

The challenge: A new studio needed a calm, elegant site that explained the STOTT-certified approach and made it easy to book a small class.
What I did: Created a clean site with class booking, pricing, progression framework, and instructor credentials — all kept simple enough to update.

Elea Retreats

Boutique wellness retreats for women across hand-picked destinations.

The challenge: The retreat needed a destination-led site that inspired trust, and behind the scenes a reliable way to handle complex bookings, guest data, payment stages and follow-up without anything falling through the cracks.
What I did: Built a gallery-rich site showcasing retreat destinations and itineraries. On the back end, guest data is captured, segmented and handled with structured follow-up and reminder automations that keep every enquiry moving smoothly from first interest to final booking.

Menopause and midlife coaching for women.

The challenge: A sensitive coaching offer needed a credible, reassuring site that explained the P.A.U.S.E. method. It also needed a robust back end to manage enquiries, appointments, nurture sequences and programme delivery without manual chasing.
What I did: Built a philosophy-led site with clear ways to work, a lead magnet, and enquiry pathways that match the visitor’s stage. Comprehensive back-end automation runs the full client journey: enquiry capture, follow-up, booking, reminders, and programme communications.
