Why I do this work
I’ve seen how the wrong systems — or no systems at all — can quietly drain a business. Missed leads, double-booked diaries, staff chasing the same information in three different places. I’ve been there.
What changed everything was stepping back and building simple, reliable systems that matched the business I actually ran, not a textbook version of it. That experience is what I now bring to other small-business owners.
